bright & sunny tuesday

We have had yet another beautiful spring day here, yesterday was a bit chilly and wet and quite breezy but today we are back to spring sunshine.

The rose above is not blooming in my garden I hasten to add but it is one of a bunch brightening up my living room and has been for about three weeks now. Roses are beautiful until the very end, don’t you think.

There are however plenty of new flowers blooming in my garden. I’m always surprised by the little primula which pop up every spring, I always buy new ones each year, after they bloom they then die back back and get forgotten about until next spring when they come back good as new.

The grape hyacinths are peeping through now too all over the place, again I always forget where I have put them until they appear.

I love scilla, on a day without sunshine they almost light up, so pretty, of course I prefer to view them on a day with sunshine.

Aww Vivienne Aries is a great new bunny girl..just look at the sheep fabric and that wonderful Sean the Sheep button. Now I’m not usually a pink girl as you know but she is perfect. I agree re roses, next to daffodils they are my favourite flower, that cream colour is spectacular. Happy Tuesday my dear and wow you are going to need an enormous hat for your giveaway, it shows just how popular your wonderful bunnies are :0) xx

We are revelling in spring, aren’t we? So much beauty outside and a desire to create. I wish spring went on for longer! I like grape hyacinths. I have a pretty ribbon in one of my tins with snowdrops and grape hyacinths on it. Hmmm, what should I do with it?

Gorgeous bunny – they are all so characterful! I had roses on Valentines Day which lasted about a month and still looked fine! Just went on for ever – yet sometimes you get a bunch which droop after day two – weird! xCathy
