I’m still catching up with everything since returning from France, the garden, the house, my bunnies, blogging!!!
So today’s post is a mix of all sorts, I’m just going through my photos to bring my blog up to date.
Garden first!
The lupins and foxgloves are all in full bloom now…..love them!
I actually spent quite a bit of time outside in the garden today, its never a chore though, always a pleasure.
On the crafting side of things I’ve started my ‘June Girls’. This month the theme is a festival of flowers so I’ve got all my floral fabric out for skirt making, this time I’m naming them after the female members of my family tree!
So far I’ve made, from above left, Isabella, Anne and Ella.
I’ve also started another crochet blanket (as if I haven’t enough blankets on the go), I actually began this when on holiday but I haven’t had the time to look at it since returning home. It is a lovely little pattern though.
This pretty giveaway package was waiting for me when I returned home for holidays, the beautiful tea towel is from my lovely blogging friend Robin, thank you so much Robin I love it!
Right that’s all from me for now!
Time for me and Lily to catch up on something else now, well me anyway, Lily has decided she’ll just chill! 🙂

such a lovely garden….its no wonder its such an inspiration. Your blanket looks lovely as do the June bunnies.
Lovely to see lily again in your beautiful garden Vivienne. I like the crochet stitch of the blanket. I am learning to crochet. Summer flowers are very nice. Have fun for the rest the week. Thank you Vivienne. Love& Blessings. Elizabeth
PS. How could I forget the gorgeous bunnies, the colours are a work of art. Elizabeth . X X
Lovely post, Vivienne, so nice to see your beautiful garden pics and as usual your bunnies are superb. I really must have another go at crochet one of these days, I really want a snugly project, too many projects on the go at the moment though.
Vivienne, your garden is looking beautiful. What pretty coloured Lupins you have, and those Foxgloves are stunning. You can really see from your photos how much you love your garden :0)
Your June bunnies are sitting very prettily in that lovely French crate – I love that you’ve named them all after members of your family.
Congrats on winning that pretty tea towel – you probably won’t want to use it as it’s such a pretty design.
Perhaps you should take a leaf out of Lily’s book, and just chill for a while, and maybe sit in your lovely garden and crochet some more of your blanket.
Happy Tuesday

Oh, foxgloves, lupins and roses! Spring is my favourite season but really, summer gardens are splendid aren’t they? And just LOOK at your three flower bunnies in their French crate! How gorgeous they are: pretty maids all in a row! Happy days to you, dear friend!
Welcome home Vivienne! Your gardens seem to have done well, they look beautiful. Love all your flowers, so stunning! Your trip looked amazing so nice to get away! Love your new girls and their names are all so special. Your new crocheted blanket looks so delicate and feminine, I think it is the stitch and color. I love it and think it will be a beautiful addition to your others!
Happy Day to you, xoRobin
oops, so happy you liked your tea towel
You have been busy Vivienne! Your garden is beautiful and you have so many flowers. Many of mine have succumbed to the slugs and snails. Lovely bunnies – so difficult to choose a favourite! x
i love your new crochet blanket, the soft grey is gorgeous. I also love your lupins, they don’t “do” in our garden, they attract soo much greenfly they give up and die. Did your crate come home from france with you?
Very inviting garden, Ms. Vivienne. Just returned from a hectic but lovely wedding weekend. I am so ready to sit in your garden and relax!! Beautiful bunnies, as always.

Lovely lupins and I love your crate of bunnies V 🙂 x
Gorgeous flowers and bunnies and blanket…..lots of lovely things to see here today, Vivienne! You are so lucky that the snails don’t eat your lupins!! They don’t last a night in our garden, they are just munched straight up! I love the blanket pattern, and the bunnies do look sweet in the little crate 🙂
Happy rest of the week.

How lovely your garden looks. The Lupins are especially beautiful.
Gorgeous little bunnies looking so cute in this photo shoot.
I’m looking forward to seeing each one introduced properly later on.
The crochet blanket is very pretty. Everything a feast for the eyes as usual.

the crochet blanket you are working on is such a lovely pattern! I had a foxglove come up in the garden, but no flower as of yet…maybe another year.
Beautiful photos! The garden is divine, the flowers are stunning! I like seeing the ladies all lined up side-by-side in the box (and love the Peter Rabbit shelf above!). The crochet blanket is going to be a real beauty…just so many pretty things in this post! Chrissie x
Beautiful garden. Beautiful photos! Les lupins sont si jolis.
As ever the virtual visit to your garden has been a total treat. And those lupins are gorgeous. Has there been a bunny called Lupin yet?
Garden and bunnies both look beautiful. I seem to find it hard to find time to catch up with blog reading and writing this time of year. There seems to be so much else I want to be doing.
Hello dear Vivienne,
Lovely, lovely post! Those wonderful flowers and the sweetest bunnies and that beautiful cat – all things perfect for June! Enjoy your bunny(and blanket!) crocheting-days, smell many flowers every day, and cuddle cute cats – I think it just can’t get better than this!
Yours,
Mia
Oh your garden is looking lovely, lupins remind my of my Gran’s beautiful garden, I planted some here but the rabbits keep eating them 🙁 Nice to see the June girls stacking up, flowers seems the perfect theme for this month. Bethxx
