We were very lucky yesterday as we managed to escape the wrath of storm Imogen as she wreaked havoc in the southern parts of the UK, these things usually don’t pass us by but this time we were fortunate. I do hope all you lovely people in the south are safe and sound.

We actually had quite a nice day with some sunshine, it was even OK to spend some time outside in the garden without a coat.

I used my time wisely and potted up my window boxes with some pretty primroses that I had bought at the weekend.

I do love these beautiful little flowers.

Spring is definitely nearby….I’m sure I can smell it when I’m in the garden! I’m pleased to say we missed most of Imogen too, for a change, and that means the garden is still trying to come back into life. Two stunning little helpers there with you. To be hones, I could do with a little help in my garden – even planting up the window boxes would be great! But, it will all get done eventually.

Just catching up as I’ve just had internet connected again – and find these beautiful spring flowers such a treat. Primroses are my favourite. Love Amythest and Bliss.

Hello V! How bright and pretty your garden must look with all those lovely flowers potted up. I spent today in mine, trying to return the grass to some kind of lawn (the hens, cats and squirrels have been digging it up so it’s covered in holes and moss), I think it’s going to take a lot of work!!! I hope you’ve been enjoying some sunshine, I know the mornings are cold, but it’s been quite heavenly to see the sun popping out. Bethxx
