French Riviera (Part 1)

by greenrabbitdesigns

Hi everyone, I’m back and I’m here to share some holiday snaps with you. Please don’t panic with the ‘Part 1’ in the title, I promise it won’t go on for days it’s just I have so many photos, too many for one post.

Can’t say that I’m exactly thrilled to be back to the cold and the rain, I could very easily get used to over 30 degrees C. I’ve practically sat on my hearth beside the fire since returning home!!

We did have a wonderful time with wonderful weather and as always it flew in far, far too quickly. We spent some time lying around in the sun (me), some time swimming in the sea and the pool (husband), a lot of time eating, quite a bit of time walking and a good bit of sightseeing, oh and a little bit of shopping too!

Right I’m going to keep quiet now and show the photos, todays pics are from Biot, Cannes and Antibes!

Well thank you for indulging me, hope you enjoyed todays photos, I’ll be back soon with some more.

Have a lovely new week, better weather they say, fingers crossed it’s true. 🙂

Dear Vivienne,

I am so very happy you had such a beautiful time and such sunny weather. I was thinking about you this weekend, looking out at the on-off rain we’ve been having in Vouvray these past few days, and hoping, just hoping you had had the ‘right’ weather for your break.

Beautiful photographs and, sigh, yes; I love our French markets!

Hi Vivienne, Welcome back! Your snaps are so stunning. What a beautiful place. The farmers market looks so fresh and abundant. I love farmers markets!
Hope your weather at home gets better and you have a good week, despite you would rather still be on holiday!!

Hello there, bonjour, you’re back, I only just checked my own blog and noticed you’re home. I see you’ve had a lovely time, I think we are all envious of your weather. I can feel that warmth and glistening blue on my face just from looking at your snaps, how lovely. The market looks fab too. I think you may have brought a bit of good weather back to our shores so have a lovely week catching up Vivienne. x

Dear Vivienne,

Welcome back! It looks stunning there, I wish I was… But at least we can see the pictures! Sun seems to be shining in all those images, are you brown as coffee bean already, you lucky girl?

I wish you a wonderful and sunny week, we have sunshine to share if you should need any!

Welcome back dear Vivienne. I am never bored by holiday photos. It sounds like the best kind of holiday and the weather looked fab. I would have loved that hand made soap…did you buy any? I have just got home from work and summer is finally arriving and it’s warming up nicely…a heatwave is due by mid week and no doubt then we will be moaning it’s too hot-LOL. Have a great week,

Welcome home Vivienne! By now hopefully you should be enjoying some med weather here!
Sounds like you’ve had a great time!
Your photos are wonderful, such a great range of all those wonderful things that say you’re in the South of France – the sparkling sea, the yachts, the markets, and of course the flowers!
Looking forward to seeing the rest!
