Garden Stroll

by greenrabbitdesigns

I’m pleased to say that this past couple of days the sun has returned to our little corner of the world. So it has been lovely being able to spend some time in the garden.
Would you like to take a little stroll with me?

Well I hope you enjoyed that, I certainly enjoyed spending some time outside! Stroll over, so it’s now time to do a bit of …….

……. knitting in the sun!

Hope the sun shone on you today. 🙂

You have some beautiful flowers in your garden Vivienne. Lovely toms and courgettes too! It was baking here today but heavy showers are forecast for tomorrow!!! x

Hi Vivienne, your garden plants look fab and you seem to be in full harvest with your veggies, excellent. Bet those toms taste good.
What weird weather here today, sunny & sticky until teatime so thought about going for a stroll on the prom at Scarborough and then suddenly thunder lightening and rain for the rest of the evening… miserable and no trip to the seaside in the end.

I enjoyed taking a turn around your garden Vivienne.
Your flowers are so pretty. I especially love the fuschias.
Lovely that you are able to pick home grown tomatoes and courgettes fresh from the garden.

That’s lovely yarn you’re knitting with. So nice to take a stroll with you amongst your beautiful plants, and just look at your produce! Wow, it looks perfect, and very, very delicious! Vanessa xxx

I am so happy, Viv, that sun is back at yours! I have been a bit worried about it, as I know what a summer-girl you are!!! Your garden is just fantastic, I wish you happy knitting in there, and believe it or not: wonderful weekend soon too! First week of August almost gone already…

Yours,
Mia

Mmmmm delicious fresh veggies there, Vivienne! and lots of colourful flowers – your close up pictures are wonderful. Knitting in the sunny garden is such a pleasure isn’t it – I love your stripy yarn (and do I spy a pretty CK knitting bag too???) Hope the sun shines on your weekend and you can enjoy all your flowers, veggies and knitting.

Geraniums always remind me of the lovely artwork in Beatrix Potter’s Peter Rabbit story – when poor Peter is about to be stepped on my Mr Mcgregor’s big work boot!
