So there you are, now do you believe me!!!

I actually was out working in my greenhouse this morning, I went out to take some photos and found some things to do, lovely being out there again. Actually I’m supposed to be cleaning my house today but I’d much rather do absolutely anything else other than that!!!

These are especially calling out to me…………………

Pre Spring Collage

Yes, quite a few things on the go at the one time, I am enjoying going from one to the other though. I want to do more knitting this year, knitting was always my first love and apart from bunny cardigans it had taken a bit of a back seat last year. I want to improve my fair isle, so I need to practice.

Well I suppose I really better go clean this house, I have delayed for long enough!!

Happy Thursday and enjoy the weekend ahead, lovely to have you back with me again in 2014!!! 🙂

Yes definitely pre-spring and isn’t it great to see the signs everywhere but the decorations and cards will remain up till Twelfth Night – it is a good excuse not to do any dusting till they are all taken down. I see M&S have the card recycling boxes in store though so maybe I am the only one who like the Tudors leaves the decorations till 5th January!

And a Happy New Year to you, too! Wow – your pre-spring is looking much better than here in the middle today. Snow and cold and temps not even close to freezing – on the minus side! I, however, seem to be the only one that loves it! LOLOL. The clouds have blown past and the sun is shining and the air is cold and crispy and it’s perfect for all these things I keep knitting! On the other hand – how can you not love those first little sprouts sticking their noses up! The best of all worlds, I think, and a very happy start to this new time. Happy days, Vivienne!!!

Hello to pre Spring Vivienne if only for one day…the weather is looking atrocious again tomorrow…stay safe. Today was gorgeous, it was so good to see the sun and see the new growth outside already. You obviously loved your garden today…just forget about the cleaning ;0) xx

Hello lovely Vivienne! How wonderful it is to see one of your hopeful pre-spring posts this early January! Although it does make me wonder how fast the last twelve months have flown by since the last one! Anyway, I could totally buy this theory of yours judging from the visual proof you have given us AND the sunny weather we’ve had today

Happy, peaceful and magical year to you Vivienne! May your knitting flourish over the next few months.

Hello dear Vivienne,

Pre-spring it is here too (!!) – we haven’t got ANY snow, and it rains constantly! Sounds horrible, but I am wishing winter doesn’t find us at all this year, and keep dancing in the rain…happily!

I wish you the most wonderful start for this year, may it be a fresh&bunny-filled, but in C-deco-issue I’m with Marigold: no need to clean as long as everything is still there 🙂 so until 7th they stay!

Yours,
Mia

Yes, definitely pre spring today. It was so mild and sunny, could have been Spring. I’m sure it won’t last 🙁

Pre-Spring is wonderful, I’m totally converted, I saw dandelions completely fresh and healthy this week and my artichoke leaves are sprouting as if it’s already Spring.
Love the tantalising pics of the new bunnies and thank you for sharing your wonderful Pre Spring pics.

Very sunny here today Vivienne, you have a lovely summer to look forward to. Pictures are beautiful. Pre Spring a great idea,I imagine bunnies hopping around. The fair isle knitting of snow flakes was lovely to see. I am glad you enjoy knitting too. Have a good weekend. Elizabeth x x

I like the Green Rabbit Calender! Maybe you should make one for real and have different crocheted bunnies featured every month in a seasonal scene!!! We had a lovely sunny day yesterday but we are told that the weather is going to get worse again! New Years Day was one of the worst I have known with regards to weather – it was dark and wet all day long!!! I wish I could put the decorations away but my husband iike to keep them up until the 6th of January. Lovely pre-spring signs in your garden. I have a few snow drops pushing their way up. x

Hi there, I think pre spring is a wonderful idea, and promises so much to come. Lovely signs of pre spring in your garden, ours is still a bit winterery but it is always a few weeks behind the rest of the country, in our cold corner.
Happy pre spring.

Hello Vivienne, Sorry to be so late in writing. Pre-Spring sounds good to me….even when it is snowy and windy here. Send some warming breezes across the Atlantic. I noticed some knitting books in your post-Christmas photos. Have fun with the knitting, crocheting and bunnies in 2014!!
See you in blogland, dear V.

Cheers,
Anne and family

A very happy new year to you and your family Vivienne. Look at all that new life springing up in your garden – I daren’t even step outside at the moment, the weather is far too awful. My lawn looks more like a swimming pool!!!

Happy New Year Vivienne!

It certainly feels mild enough for pre-spring, I’ll give you that! Remember those acorns I planted … I’ve had mini oak trees popping up since December!

Love your calender much better than the traditional one.
