The garden really is at its best in June and the bees are loving it!
This buddleia is a particular favourite of the bees.
There’s just a constant buzz from it when it’s in full bloom.
The roses are looking great at the moment too.
And it’s so good to have my hydrangea back in bloom again too.
So much pretty colour!
Now if you have already signed up to my newsletter you should have by now seen my latest batch of girls but just in case you haven’t, here they are.
Firstly Parsley, named after the pretty cow parsley.
Dandelion, with lots of wishes all over her dress.
Florence whose names means ‘to flower’ has a little cottage garden on her dress.
This is Miel with all her bees, her name means honey in French.
Allia was inspired by all the beautiful alliums that are in bloom.
And finally this Harebell who has lots of little harebells all over her dress.
I will be listing all six animals in my Etsy shop this evening, Tuesday 28th June at 9pm (BST).
More information about them can be found here.
If you haven’t yet signed up to my newsletter, you can still do so here.
You will then be entered into the draw to win Pandora, pictured above, the closing date for entries is midnight 30th June. I will email the winner and announce it on my Facebook page on Friday.

Beautiful flowers, have you been doing the bee count with Friends of the Earth? My girls have loved going into the app and recording our sightings
What lovely colors in your garden! Your photography skills make them pop. I do not have a green thumb, but truly admire yours. The “girls” are also a colorful lot, cute as can be. Hope you are getting some “grandma time” this summer as you noted…2016 needs to slow down. ; )
Great bumblebee on flower buds photo! WOW! Nice to wake up with such beauty. And love your summer bunnies and your color selections for them. Just adorable! What a talent you have.

What beautiful photos from your garden Vivienne. I too love watching and listening to the bees…..the sound of summer. Your newest girls are so gorgeous especially Miele and of course Florence as that was my dear Nan’s (and great grandmother’s) name. Enjoy the end of June and lets hope July is a bit less wet! xx

Beautiful photo’s from your garden Vivienne. There’s so much in bloom. Your girls look very elegant in their colourful frocks!
I love the dress that Florence the fox is wearing – so pretty and colourful! Fantastic floral photos too especially the fluffy bee on the golden flower. x
Hello Vivienne, Wonderful to see more of your garden and creations. I know, they have already been sent off to their new homes. Miel and Harebell are my Faves. (-: My grandmother was named Florence (and my mother’s name was FLorence.also) But she was called by her middle name. So, I was happy to see Miss Florence, also.
See you in July, dear V.

June is the prettiest month, but it goes by too quickly. And… it went.

Such gorgeous photos as ever! My garden is suffering from a nasty dose of neglect right now – when I’m ready to get out there, it pours down; when the sun dares to shine and it’s dry, I always have to be somewhere else! Hey ho. It will happen sometime I suppose. Beautiful work too xxx
Your garden is looking beautiful Vivienne just as I expected!…Such gorgeous girls too looking so summery and colourful…lovely x
Wishing you a wonderful new week,
Susan x
