Hi everyone and happy Tuesday!

This is my new little girl and her name is Malina.

Malina means raspberry in Russian! Quite a pretty name, don’t you think?

Malina is made from a mixture of raspberry pink merino wool and a cream mohair mix yarn. When the two were crocheted together it reminded me of raspberry ripple ice-cream and this is why I chose the raspberry fabric for her skirt which then led me to look for a name connected to raspberries, hence Malina!

Malina is off to her new home soon!

A pretty name for a pretty little bunny. I love the effect that the two yarns make when mixed together.
Love the Cath Kidston bags – the bird print is lovely.
Happy Tuesday to you too.

Hi Vivienne, a Happy Belated Birthday to you!
Looks like you were spoilt with some lovely pressies, as you deserve to be!
Malina is such a pretty bunny, love the combination of wools you’ve used, and as usual you have made everything else beautifully to match – just like raspberry ripple I agree.
I have so much catching up to do with you Vivienne, and once the weather changes at the weekend I shall look forward to doing just that, but for the moment we are busy painting outside whilst the weather holds – dodging the showers!
In the meantime have a good week.
love Gill xx

Malina is a very special little bunny, I think. There is something about that combination of yarns you used to make her sweet body and face which has won me over. And, as usual, her clothes are wonderfully trimmed. I think you must have a magician living in your home who, when you snap your fingers, scuttles in with THE perfect fabric, buttons, and trims for your current rabbit 🙂

Oh, and most importantly, A VERY, VERY happy belated birthday, Vivienne. May the following year bring you much joy, a short winter, and many trips to France 🙂
