Olympic Flame In Belfast

by greenrabbitdesigns

This evening the Olympic Flame reached Belfast on it’s tour around the UK.

The crowds turned out to welcome it! 🙂

There was a huge cheer as the caldron was lit! (Sorry about the photo quality, everyone one wanted a pic)

And if all that wasn’t enough, we had General Fiasco (only the best band in the country) entertaining the crowd!!

Proud Mum?? Always! 🙂

Hi Vivienne – such a proud moment for you, seeing your son’s band playing, and such a great occasion too :0)
Hope all is well with you and that you enjoyed fabulous Jubilee celebrations. We lost our TV signals, so missed most of the events :0(

Great that your son and his band should be playing at such a momentous occassion. You should have been given a seat right up at the front to cheer him on!!! x
