I have managed to finish up one of the bags that I was making for the berries and cherries corsages.
This is the Pink Strawberry Bag.
I have lined the bag with a pretty green strawberry print fabric.
And of course the little crocheted strawberry corsage has been pinned to the front of the bag. The corsage can moved anywhere on the bag and can also be removed and worn on a jacket as well.
The bag is suitable to hold all essentials such as keys, phone, purse, etc but could also be used as a home decoration.
It can be found here.
Hope your week has got off to a good start and that your weather is so much better than ours!!!

What a lovely bag Vivienne,I have such a soft spot for strawberries. The lining is so beautiful. As you know I am not a pink girl… a green variation would be really great too?!! Autumn seems to have returned here again today and strong winds for tomorrow….hmmm…I’m not impressed! Happy Monday,

This little sugar pink bag is just soooo pretty, Vivienne! I think the added strawberry is just a perfect decoration too. You have made it look extra pretty with the lovely lining fabric. Gorgeous!
Hope you have a happy week.

Vivienne,
Your bag is absolutely delicious! I think it is quite perfect! Look at that lining!(Much more subtle than the one I used in my potager project bag a couple of weeks ago.) I simply love it all. You are clever.
It’s good to see such horticulturally inspired craftsmanship. Let’s keep them coming!
Have a great week.
Your bag is absolutely gorgeous Vivienne, very pretty inside as well as out, and a clever idea to have a detachable corsage as well…… I think we have your weather as well š

Really sweet bag Vivienne, and the lining is equally lovely! (Doesn’t it just finish off an item so well when the lining is pretty too – much better than boring old black or something!!) Wishing you a sunny rest of the week – here’s hoping!! Jenny x
I love the bag – it all works so well together. It was nice here earlier, but not now – cold, dark, damp and windy. A harbinger of things to come?

Such a sweet bag Vivienne – I like the idea of using it as a home accessory. I just know my grandaughters would love such a bag hanging in their bedrooms filled with all the essentials. Hair slides, hair bobbles, hair brush, etc etc! Especially with the strawberries inside as well as out.
The wind is howling and the rain lashing the windows as I write this morning – where has the sun and late summer warmth gone?!?
Have a great week,
P xx
What a cute bag! I enjoyed browsing your photos of your garden and your kittens too!
What a pretty strawberry pink bag, Love it!
Ok, we BOTH know why I love this adorable little purse you’ve made so beautifully … and pink-ily. š
‘To learn to knit & crotchet’ are top of my list of things to do before the year ends…I don’t have much time left (unless I go for academic years rather than calendar?) I am very envious, love the linings you’ve chosen too…
Thank you for your lovely comments on my blog!
Lovely bag. It must be the end of summer because lately I have been wanting to make a strawberry throw.
It’s PINK…..and it has a STRAWBERRY corsage…….it’s PERFECT!…….what more can I say…….it’s lovely Vivienne.

Oh what a perfect little bag! Truly, I have a five and a half year old here who is eyeing it covetously.
Your bag looks very pretty, and the lining with the strawberry fabric is just perfect for it.
