Good morning everyone, spring has sprung and I’m a very happy bunny!!!
Just look at the sky we woke up to this morning.
The little buds are coming along nicely.
We even have a pair of magpies building a nest in our sycamore tree. Bless them they have been beavering away at this for a while now. Under the tree is strewn with sticks that they have dropped in the process but they just keep going no matter how many fall to the ground. They do seem to be getting somewhere now as a nest now seems to taking shape.
I have lots of pretty daffodils in bloom now with their sunshine colour brightening up the garden.
They really are beautiful flowers and definitely one of my favourites.
Of course I had a go at making my own daffodil corsage although I think mine looks more like a narcissus!
So if you’re in the northern hemisphere I hope you are enjoying the first taste of spring today.
If you’re Welsh or of Welsh descent or have chosen Wales has your adopted home, Happy St David’s Day!
These little bunch of daffs are for you, you Welsh certainly now how to choose a national flower.
Enjoy the rest of the week and have a wonderful weekend, thanks as always for visiting and for all your lovely comments.
HAPPY SPRING !!! 🙂

It’s gorgeous here today and, for the first time, it feels like Spring is on the way. The sun feels likes warm and I noticed some trees have suddenly blossomed. Let’s hope it continues! Xxx
Hi Vivienne, I haven’t been visiting anywhere for ages and I have missed some of your lovely corsages, I love the primula one. It is so good to see daffodils dancing in the wind isn’t it? and buds looking as if they may burst open any day soon! Bella loves the park and chasing the squirrels is just SPORT!
have a good week,
love Val xx and Bella xx
Oh Thanks for reminding me that spring does exist!! We are covered in dreadful snow :(. Those daffodils look so pretty, I love the ones that are white with the pink or yellow centers.
Today has been stunning Vivienne but I have been painting at Matt and Charlotte’s flat so I have smiled at the sunshine from the windows. Daffs are my absolutes favourites and your little corsage is so clever. Nearly the weekend again, enjoy yours and I hope the sun is still shining for you.

Happy Spring, Vivienne!
It seems that we’re having same thoughts today, blue skies and sunshine in mind (we’re having a snow storm as I type though, sort of a party pooper really), and your post is just so cheerful! Lovely flowers!
I wish you wonderful weekend already, may it be sunny and fun!
Yours,
Mia
So glad that Spring is there with you! Your post captures it so well, love the daffodils, and how lovely to watch the nest being built! Your little crochet daffodil is very pretty too. So cheering isn’t it to see blue skies and feel the warmth of the sun? (Btw I agree…I so should have got the second bracelet too…he he!)
Have a wonderful weekend, Vivienne!

A host of golden daffodils! Wonder if you’ll lose anything shiny to the magpies?
Happy Green Rabbit spring Vivienne although I’m slightly worried that when I saw the weather forecast tonight there looked to be snow showers over you for the weekend, I hope that’s wrong!
Love the crochet daff.
I hope the magpies finish the nest and stay in your garden as they are great to watch. We had a magpie nest a few years back and when the young ones popped out they were such fun, very naughty birds!
Have a good weekend x
Hi Vivienne,
So nice to catch up on some blogs……wow have you been busy. Love all your corsages and hair clips and flowers. They are all so pretty and fun. Quite a great picture of the duck in your park!
Spring has sprung for you, Enjoy!

Hello Vivienne, beautiful pictures & corsage. I’ve been in the garden and greenhouse all day today.
Wishing you a lovely weekend X
Oh, I am a bit jealous of your spring weather! What gorgeous daffs, especially your lovely handmade creation! Ours are just poking up their leaves, but we have had some nice crocus.
My Daphne is late in blooming this year, I am growing impatient 🙂
Lovely post Vivienne. The sight of those gorgeous daffodils really makes me homesick.
Your latest corsage is very pretty.
Have a lovely weekend.
Yay for spring – isn’t it a pleasure Vivienne! Lovely little corsage x
Hi Vivienne, your daffodils are gorgeous! My bulb flowers are still just poking their tips out of the earth but the spring feeling is certainly in the air! We have lots of magpies too, the cats are fascinated by them 🙂 xo Karen
It IS wonderful, I can´t wait until I can leave my coat at home! 🙂
Yay!!!! You sound a happy bunny Vivienne!
A few days on and we’re back to cold weather though – where’s the warmth of last week gone?
Have a great day Vivienne!
Gill xx
Beautiful sunny images, it makes me smile and feel hopeful for the weather whilst I listen to the wind howl around our house. Roll on sunshine. Bethx
Those happy flowers and ‘greenhousey’ thoughts are making me smile! I love reading your blog x
